Whistleblower procedure
Within Yuki, we do not tolerate any form of misconduct or violations of legal rules, internal regulations, policies or ethical standards, such as bullying, harassment, discrimination, corruption, money laundering or any other financial fraud. We will endeavour to ensure a safe, healthy and legal environment in all our business activities and legal units.
Yuki will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and act ethically and socially responsible. Violations of local and/or EU/EEA legislation may result in disciplinary action, including termination/dismissal and reporting to the relevant authorities.
The 'Visma Whistleblowing Channel' is a tool through which any suspected violation of local and/or EU/EEA legislation, both within and outside Yuki or other Visma entities, can be reported anonymously. It facilitates confidential communication between reporter and case handler.
Visma Whistleblowing complies with the EU Whistleblowing Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law) and the whistleblowing regulations in the WEA (local workplace and protection legislation). Visma is also required in some jurisdictions to have a specific whistleblowing system as it is licensed by local financial supervisory authorities.
You can access the Visma Whistleblowing Channel via the following link: Visma Whistleblowing Channel.
Here you can report (anonymously) a breach or potential breach of local or EU/EEA legislation or internal rules/policies of Yuki.
